We regret to announe that Dr. Restituto A. Villaruz., Former Institute Director of Magsaysay Institute of Shipping, passed away on 21st March 2019 at the age of 59.

His body lies in state at Funeraria Paz, Manila Memorial Park, Parañaque. Cremation schedule is on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 at Manila Memorial Park – Sucat Crematory.

Let us offer our sincere sympathies to the Villaruz Family and our prayers for the repose of his soul.
