Vessel Officer Workshop (VOW)
MMSM holds its 5th batch of Vessel Officer Workshop (VOW) last February 12, 2018 at 5th floor MMSM boardroom 1, 520 Magsaysay Bldg. T.M.
Kalaw St. Ermita Manila. The management institutionalized an exclusive leadership learning experience deigned to enhance the strategic management skills and the organizational and team leadership of the MOL vessels. The content of the design focus on the trainees specific training needs and aligned with the required leadership capabilities and competencies that will support MOL’s critical success factors namely zero fatal accident, zero serious marine incidents, zero oil pollution, and zero cargo damage.
