Vessel Officer Workshop (VOW)
MMSM held its 7th batch of Vessel Officer ‘Workshop 0,/OW) last 08-1 0 & 15 August 2018 at 5th floor MMSM boardroom 1, 520 Magsaysay Bldg. TM Kalaw St. Ermita, Manila. The management institutionalized an exclusive leadership learning experience designed to enhance the strategic management skills and the organizational and team leadership of MOL vessels. The content of the design focuses on the attendees’ specific training needs and it aligns with the required leadership capabilities and competencies that will support MOL’s critical success factors namely: zero fatal accident, zero serious marine incidents, zero cargo damage oil.
