JUNIOR OFFICERS WORKSHOP – SAFETY NAVIGATION PROCEDURE
Last January 18, 2018 MMSM held its first batch of Junior Officers Workshop at 4th 1010 Bldg, San Carlos Mansion, T.M. Kalaw, Ermita Manila. The workshop was attended by 20 Junior Officer Participants. This workshop is structured to produce an active participation, learnings and it is also a good opportunity to encourage Junior Officers to improve navigational safety and remind them to efficiently execute their duties and responsibilities towards safe navigation of the ship. It also serves as an action plan of the management to prevent re-occurrence of the serious incident that happened on one of its manage vessel. It was indeed a success, where participants and facilitators had a lively and active interaction.
