VESSELS OFFICERS WORKSHOP (VOW)
MMSM holds its second batch of VOW (Vessel Officers Workshop) last July 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2017. The management institutionalized an exclusive leadership learning experience designed to enhance the strategic management skills and the organizational and team leadership of the MOL vessels Senior officers serving under MMSM Manage Vessels. The content of the design focus on the trainees specific training needs and aligned with the required leadership capabilities and competencies that will support MOL’s critical Success Factors namely Zero fatal accident, Zero serious marine incidents, Zero Oil Pollution, and Zero Cargo damage.
Another successful batch of Vessel Officers Workshop Completed! MMSM will continuously promote this 
kind of program for the improvement of personal and organizational leadership abilities of our Senior Officers and to be able to lead and cultivate a strong safety conscious, cohesive, and productive team.
