ABOUT MMSM
Magsaysay MOL Ship Management, Inc. (MMSM) started in 2006 as the ship management division of Magsaysay MOL Marine, Inc. On December 1, 2009, MMSM was established as one of the in-house managers of MOL for the management of the bulk and wood carriers with Filipino and Vietnamese crew.
MMSM is currently managing 24 ships and is steadfast in its objective of attaining zero downtime in its operations. Moreover, MMSM is aiming to manage more vessels under its venture with the expected surge on the demand for dry bulk materials by the global industrial market. The key targets include zero fatal accident, zero serious marine incidents, zero oil pollution, and zero cargo damage.
MMSM places immense emphasis on maintaining the safety standards of the managed vessels and ensuring the compliance to all regulations both international and domestic, including all statutory requirements.

Magsaysay MOL Ship Management, Inc. is entrusted with the ship management business which is one of the fundamental elements of the shipping industry. It shall ensure the safety, welfare and continuous improvement of onboard personnel, the safe operation of the managed ships and the protection of the environment from pollution.
It shall operate all of its managed vessels under strict observance of the provisions of the domestic and the international rules and regulations as well as the guidelines established and set forth by organizations or authorities related to the maritime industry.
